We created this public service announcement utilizing hybrid 2D and 3D animation to educate viewers about stormwater quality issues.  This particular video, Circle of Streams, showcases how to prevent erosion on construction sites.  Grasshorse Studios wrote the script, designed Sgt. Red, his sidekick Mingo and Civilian and hand-painted the backgrounds with a stylistic aesthetic.
