Trouble is afoot in our local creeks and streams.  They’re getting too much of a good thing – rainwater. This Runaway Runoff comes from the many hard surfaces in our urban and suburban areas, scouring our local water ways and carrying pollutants and silt.

This PSA introduces some basic solutions that Low Impact Development offers,including rain barrels, rain gardens, bioswales or porous pavement.  There are many ways to lower your impact on your local creeks and streams.
